Shredz - Worst Customer Service, Ever
I placed an order for a pair of leggings, and received an email saying my product would be processed in 2-5 business days and I would be sent a tracking number. A week goes by and nothing.
(BTW they managed to charge me about 2 hours after I placed the order) I emailed them (twice) and when I finally received an email, they asked for my information. When I responded, the next person to reply was a different person again asking for my information. After giving 3 different sales reps my information, I still hadn't got anywhere (and this is 1.5 weeks after I placed my order now.) I called the number on their website and always got voicemail. I messaged their Facebook and they sent me another phone number.
Finally got a real person on the phone who said my leggings had actually been on backorder and they didn't know when they'd get them in. I decided to cancel my order. This is now 3+ weeks after purchase, over 1 week after I cancelled my order and still no refund. Sent two emails, nothing.
Finally called again and they said it could take up to 15 days to receive a refund.
Horrible, horrible, company processes and even worse customer service. Will never be ordering from them or recommending ever again.

Shredz Cons: no response to 2 email message, Had to call 2x to receive a bit of assistance, No notice of backordered item, Talked to 6 different reps and got different responses, Unempathetic.
