Shredz - Absolutely horrible
I placed an order April 26th. I received an email with my receipt and ebooks.
I spent $153 on the 30 day challenge. It’s now May 12th. I’ve spoken with a few customer service reps and I’ve sent three emails (the first one was sent May 3rd) and I still haven’t heard anything. My order is still awaiting shipment and pending.
I just want a refund. Online it says shipping processing takes 48-72 hours.... It’s been two weeks. After reading other reviews saying they’re going on a month or two I’m never ordering from them again.
Down below is a few chats and only 1 person tried to help. 3 different chats 2 emails and I was told the “relevant dept” will contact me soon.
