Don't bye there products... Horrible Company. Will never use again!!

I ordered my items and they charged my card immediately. I spent almost $200 and it has been 20 days and all I get is an automated email response. I tried calling the phone number they provide at the bottom of my confirmation email when 1st purchased and it says the number you are dialing is no longer in service!! I asked for a refund and no response. I am so upset. I explained that I do not want there product any further and to please refund my card for the full amount. Still no response. I am reporting them now. Its a shame because all these innocent people are getting ripped off. Very angry customer!! I just want my money back at this point :(

I will go you one better!! II ordered March 8th!

Never received my product due to it being on “back order” but a shipment was on its way! April 15th rolls around still nothing! Sent an email and asked for a refund, refund submitted and once “accepted” it would take up to 2wks to see the refund. Here we are May 8th- 2 months from time I originally ordered and I still have zero product and zero refund!!

Reported to the BBB and threatened them with a lawyer.

Suddenly the guy I was working with via email this last month and a half has stopped replying! Thankfully I have my receipt and all our emails back and forth!

Megan... I know.

No one is replying to me anymore either. So frustrated and out $147.00. I am disputing the charges with my bank now since I never received any products and yet they charged my card.

Hopefully I can get in front of this and at least get my money back. I don't even want there products and would never continue doing business with them anyways!!

Ordered my supplements a bit ago and my order hasnt been shipped yet. Ive sent emails and live chated with the company but all of them just sound like computer replies and none helped. Save your time and stress and go to a different company and brand to order your stuff from. Shredz is unreliable.

Seriously I would never recommend nor use Shredz again. Here they have all these promos and you order yet don't receive your product.

I ordered over 3 months ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times and the last time I asked for a refund and they used the excuse we are on back order and a new shipment should becoming in next week and your order has got bumped up to top priority yet I've been looking everyday to see if my order has been shipped and nothing. I was told about the top priority , 2 going on 3 weeks ago.

Oh and they sent me a $25 coupon but the coupon you have to spend $40 HAHA I am not spending anymore money. I just sent them another email.

This happened to me as well. It has been 7 months and I still have not received my refund.

In fact, I requested the refund because the order did not ship even after 4 months of ordering. I last emailed with Kim who said it would be issued during the next pay period. That was 3 months ago.

They have since stopped replying to my messages. They are a SCAM and dishonest company.

Company SUCKS!!!

I'm constantly being told the products are not in stock and shipment will arrive next week. Been told that 4 weeks straight. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They used to have a number to call but have gotten rid of it, i can see why because they can't take all the upset calls. Refuse to issue a refund and have not received my order. Will NEVER order from them again.

Poor communication and no product

I ordered protein powder on Dec 10th. My cc was charged Dec 11th. (I didn't think you were to be charged until your order shipped.) My order is still in pending status today Jan 11th. The phone number on the website doesn't work. I chatted with someone who told me to email customer service (which I had already done). Still waiting for a reply. Based on some of the other reviews, maybe I haven't waited long enough. The last time I ordered, I had to wait 2 months as well. I noticed after that package shipped, they changed all my ordering dates so that it looked as if the package shipped right away. (My bank statement proves otherwise.) This company is in trouble with the BBB. Perhaps, that's why. I will be making a complaint with the BBB if I don't get my shipment within the next month. This is ridiculous. I don't even want my money back. I want the product. It's awesome, and there is nothing similar to it right now. Wish this company could get their *** in order. For those other people needing help, it looks as if the BBB was able to resolve almost all issues. I suggest contacting them if you need help.

Terribe service, don't waste your time

Ordered protein a month ago, and the order still has not been processed. When I emailed to ask why, they didn't give an explanation but just said it is being processed. 1 week later, still not shipped so I asking if this is the normal delivery time. They sent me a generic email as the previous one. I asked for a refund because that's pathetic, and it takes 2 billing cycles to refund. Complete garbage.

Pay Express otherwise wait a month to receive it

I ordered a package from Shredz litterally has been 24days and I still havent' gotten anyting. I called about 8 times during the past few days I get no callbacks and a email saying we understand your concern. BS!! Next time If I order something w them I will go express. I haven't tried the product yet till it arrives, if it arrives.... I will also let you guys know. Same issue. I had to pay express shipping that was the only way to get the special deal.

I ordered it back on 10/31 & still as of today nothing. And when I checked the status if my package has shipped or not it states “awaiting shipment”?!?

And they took my money already + $100 and I paid a 5 business day express shipping! Wtf!

Order took FORVER and I was sent wrong stuff

I ordered the 30 day supply for Women and it took three weeks to get. I requested part of my order to be sent out because the detox and diet pills were supposedly on backorder. When those shipped, I received a SECOND TONER instead of the DETOX. Steven (CSR) is a complete ***. When I explained to him what happened via email because NOONE answers the phone, I he requested I send photos, in which time I did showing they got my order wrong. I responded today saying my order was delivered. IT was delivered but it was not what I ordered. DO NOT waste your time or money. Obviously they are crooks.
