Whats going on with this company? Are they legit?

They took my money but didnt give me my order. I keep trying to call. The mailbox is full. Then I talked to an expert and to escalate it up.

I have to pay five dollars is refundable.

Who wants to give five dollars to talk to someone When they already took your money for the supplements makes no sense to me. I think this is a scam.

This is my first time ever buying product from this company. I purchased a bundle pack and paid $191.05. Well, I had placed my order on March 27, 2018. I emailed them April 12, 2018 and again on April 25, 2018 asking about my order. They did email back with this response, “Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your recent purchase and patience while we process your order. An unexpected delay at our manufacturing facility has caused some of the items in your order to be back ordered. We have received confirmation that all items will be delivered to our warehouse by the end of this week. We expect to resume shipping during the week of April 16, 2018. Allow me to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you and offer a $25.00 discount on your next order using the coupon code THANKYOU25.

You are a valued customer, and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please let us know if there is anything else we can further assist you with. We look forward to serving you again.

When I got home and opened my package I only received 5 products instead of all 8 products. I went back outside to make sure there wasn’t another box. Well there wasn’t I was angry, cuz I’ve waited a while for my products and only received half. So I’ve sent emails again one on May 5, 2018 and another on May 10, 2018 this is what I put in the email, “ So, I’m supposed to have 8 products I only received 5?!?Where’s the remainder of my order? I didn’t pay $191 just to receive half of my products. I’ve been having a really bad experience with this company and it really sucks since I'm a new customer having the worst experience!!! Either I get the remainder or I send back the products and get my money back!! I really have been patient but, I’m losing my patience really fast with this company!!!!“ I have yet to get a reply back to what’s going on. So I decided to go on the chat and speak to someone this happened May 17, 2018 the rep was nice and had told me to send another email I asked if there was a number to call cuz I was tired sending emails and not getting a reply. WtfSo all of a sudden some guy came on and had read the chat with the rep. And he told me the same bogus that I will be receiving the other products I didn’t receive and they prolly were out of stock and they had problems with orders trying to get caught up blah blah blah. Till this day May 18, 2018 I haven’t received emails back nor the rest of my products. I’m giving up!! I know I won’t get the rest of my products and the ones I did receive I haven’t even open them and thinking of returning them back. But if I do that I know I won’t get my money back!! To anyone who is thinking of buying products from this company. I would think twice before even getting anything from this company they rip their customers off and is not worth the headache or time to try to get answers or anything!!! Wtf

Still dont have my product

I ordered a sale they were having on womens supplements a month ago. The money was taken out of my account the same day, including the cost I paid for shipping.

A week goes by and still nothing, I get onto my account and it still says pending, so I email the rep, wait a week before I hear a response, and am told they are out of supplies in the warehouse and have no estimated date on when they will be getting them in...wait, what?? So I vent my frustration, they send me a coupon for $25 and say I will be getting an email when it ships, another week goes by and it still says pending, another email is sent, and I am told it will be the end of the week following that they will be sending my order....so all together 1 month AFTER I have placed my order...Well, still nothing, so I email the rep and ask what is the hold up and still havent had a response, all the while they are still having sales all over their website of the very product that they are telling me they are out of and dont know when they will be getting it in?! Dang near $100 that I could of spent else where or on more important things that is just sitting in limbo all the while I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

I will NEVER order from this company again! And what is the point of sending a $25 coupon if they dont have the products to even use it on, they have no business in running a company, dont continue to try to meet the demand if you do not have the supply.

Seriously I would never recommend nor use Shredz again. Here they have all these promos and you order yet don't receive your product.

I ordered over 3 months ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times and the last time I asked for a refund and they used the excuse we are on back order and a new shipment should becoming in next week and your order has got bumped up to top priority yet I've been looking everyday to see if my order has been shipped and nothing. I was told about the top priority , 2 going on 3 weeks ago.

Oh and they sent me a $25 coupon but the coupon you have to spend $40 HAHA I am not spending anymore money. I just sent them another email.

I had to stay on them and post up complaints on just about every fb post, Instagram, BBB and so on before they even bothered helping me out, after damn near 2 months they finally shipped it... Oh but wait, they sent three of the same supplements instead of the three individual ones I ordered, such a joke, I will NEVER order from them again

So I just order protein on Friday and it doesn’t have any shipment placement on there it just says waiting shipment but doesn’t say from what company... does this mean we all just got scammed

It's ridiculous! I'm sorry youre going through it but your not alone, my boyfriend is going through the same issue with the men's supplements so it's not just the womens, it's all their merchandise, which looks like it's been happening for quite some time, which makes me wonder how they are even still on operation if they don't have supplies!? Ugh frustrating

I made an order in shredz on April this year for some sot of Sale they vae ("80%" off), and after not receiving the products, and back and forth emails with their customer service; I went ahead and requested them to cancel the order and send my refund. I cancelled the order back on May 9th and I still havent heard from them on my followup emails or received the refund.

I've cecked my bank statements every month after I cancelled and nothing has been reinstated. I just want my money back since their level of service totally suck! and they shouldnt be posting sales all the time if they cant fulfill the orders.

I also asked if they could send the product since I wasnt geting the refund, but they said no! so what's supposed to happen now?

SAME EXACT issue for me. I ordered in April.

Have NOT received my items or my refund. Have emailed back & forth, and its like they just stopped replying to me. I am just OUT that money.

I SUPER disappointed with them and after multiple other orders.. i will NOT be using this company again.

Am going to get my money back?! This is not fair. I don’t understand how a company can get away with this.

I am going to try to contact the better business bureau and in going I post on every social platform about them. Everyone will know that they are crooks.

Absolutely horrible

I placed an order April 26th. I received an email with my receipt and ebooks.

I spent $153 on the 30 day challenge. It’s now May 12th. I’ve spoken with a few customer service reps and I’ve sent three emails (the first one was sent May 3rd) and I still haven’t heard anything. My order is still awaiting shipment and pending.

I just want a refund. Online it says shipping processing takes 48-72 hours.... It’s been two weeks. After reading other reviews saying they’re going on a month or two I’m never ordering from them again.

Down below is a few chats and only 1 person tried to help. 3 different chats 2 emails and I was told the “relevant dept” will contact me soon.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered the Shredz Fat Burner back in April during their HUGE SALE. It is now July and I have yet to receive my refund or my product.

There is NO number to contact customer service... only an email address, which I have emailed MULTIPLE times and only received a couple responses stating my order was canceled and someone would be contacting me via email regarding my refund. This has YET to happen. I am just out that money and product.

I.m EXTREMELY upset with this company and will NOT be doing business with them again.

Nor will I recommend them or their product to ANYONE!!!! Save yourself the headache and loss of money!!!!

I ordered back in February a bundle deal. After a month of no package i emailed them they told me it was on back order.

So i waited another week emailed again still nothing. So I asked them to cancel my order on March 29.

It is now June 11 and still no refund and no response. Literally the worst company i have ever dealt with.
