I ordered on 11/27, never got a confirmation email/order #, tried to cancel the next day and cant get anyone to answer the phone or emails. Terrible customer service.

Same thing has happened to me. I was on the fence about purchasing products and made an account to see shipping and all that.

Everyday for 3 days, I got emails from Shredz reps offering support and discounts. Decided to go ahead and purchase and now its dead silence. No tracking number, no returned emails or calls. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back from these thieves.

The best advice I could give anyone thinking of purchasing from Shredz is to STAY THE *** AWAY FROM THEM.
