I waited THREE weeks for my shipment. I reached out by email for an update, I tried to call and that gets no where....

Then I finally received my package AND THE SAFETY SEALS ARE BROKEN OPEN. I tried over and over, emails, phone calls, live chats... NOBODY RESOLVES ANYTHING. They tell you "someone will contact you today/in 24 hours/immediately via email only, we cannot call." AND NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU.

I wasted money on their product that I will never use because the safety seals were broken open. The people in the livechat started disconnecting the chats with me when I would ask for help with this. TERRIBLE customer service and absolutely disgusting to receive opened bottles they expect you to consume.

I'm livid..... and still stuck with an open bottle.
