I placed an order on 29 December and still haven't received my order. I have called customer service, sales, tracking, even the guy who took my order over the phone (military sales) and nothing.

I left countless VM and send multiple emails that went with no response. Finally today I was able to get an update through the live chat only to be told my order was on back order and wouldn't be available until the 15th and told it might ship on the 16th...might????

SMH so discouraging. I have friends who have used the products so I know it works but the companies customer service sucks big time!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $278.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Did you ever receive your products? I'm experiencing the same issues.

I ordered mine on December 30th 2016. Received a receipt email but no shipment email and no email that it was backordered which is pretty disappointing and would have been very helpful this is good to know a possibly mine is in the same boat as yours
